Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs – 4-5 pcs.
  • Onions – 1 pc.
  • Kebab – a few pieces
  • Butter – 20 gr.
  • Any fresh herbs to taste
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Cooking process

1 The first thing to do is make a fire. We heat a frying pan on it. Put a piece of butter in it and melt it.

In a heated pan with butter add chopped onion half rings. Fry it until light golden brown. Add chopped kebab (previously cooked) to the onion. Mix well. And fry for a few more minutes.

2 Break eggs into a frying pan. Now mix everything thoroughly. We cook for just a few more minutes. The eggs should grab. But it is important not to overexpose them. It is necessary to constantly mix them quickly. The consistency of the eggs should ultimately be tender and airy.

Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped herbs.
